There are three important documents to review before making the decision to purchase a lot in Sol Terra Ranch.

Building Scheme: This document sets out the type of building, exterior finishes, landscape requirements and site plans required for the developer’s approval. This document is also required for City building permits.

The Building Scheme ensures that Sol Terra Ranch will be a neighbourhood you can be proud of.

Disclosure Statement: In accordance to the British Columbia Real Estate Development Marketing Act, a Disclosure Statement is required for Pre-Selling lots prior to the subdivision, infrastructure and road construction being physically completed.

The document informs the Purchaser of the Developer’s qualifications and the particulars of the development, including but not limited to, a description of the lands, the utilities and services, and matters affecting neighbouring lands.

Purchase Contract: After reviewing the Building Scheme, Disclosure Statement and performing your due diligence, you can enter into a Purchase Contract. The standard form purchase agreement for Sol Terra Ranch sets out the terms and conditions under which you are buying the lot.
