Secondary Suites Allowed

Secondary suites will be allowed in Sol Terra Ranch.

Sol Terra Ranch makes home ownership even more attainable by pre-zoning lots to allow secondary suites. Plus, the nearby University of B.C.-Okanagan campus guarantees a steady supply of potential tenants, as students seek housing in the area.
