This development is designed to offer attainable housing for individuals and families. In order to discourage land speculators, the developer requires buyers to construct a home within three years of the lot purchase date. Under a clause in the purchase agreement, the developer has the option of buying the lot back at the original purchase price if a home is not constructed
within three years.
