Sol Terra Ranch offers flexible purchasing options for your lot. You can purchase now and add your home immediately. Or you can purchase now and build any time within three years of your purchase date.

This development is designed to offer attainable housing for individuals and families. In order to discourage land speculators, the developer requires buyers to construct a home within three years of the lot purchase date. Under a clause in the purchase agreement, the developer has the option of buying the lot back at the original purchase price if a home is not constructed within three years.
